Todos los adolescentes que fueron detenidos durante las protestas registradas después de las elecciones presidenciales de Venezuela quedaron excarcelados en los últimos días, dijo Alfredo Romero, director presidente de Foro Penal, organización no gubernamental de derechos humanos. La organización no gubernamental llegó a registrar más de 100 casos en agosto, que fueron disminuyendo conforme la Fiscalía General de Venezuela empezó a excarcelar a algunas personas.
