"Utilizar soldados para estas tareas, como lo está haciendo el presidente Duque, es irresponsable, es jugar con fuego, es muy grave", advirtió José Miguel Vivanco, director de Human Rights Watch para las Américas sobre las protestas en Colombia. Vivanco aboga por el diálogo, mientras parte de la población se ha manifestado durante casi una semana para expresar su inconformidad con una propuesta de reforma tributaria.
