Descubren en Perú 14 momias de casi 1.000 años, previas al período del imperio inca
14 momias previas al período del imperio inca fueron halladas en el complejo arqueológico de Cajamarquilla, en el este de Lima. Yomira Huaman, arqueóloga de la Universidad Nacional de San Marcos encargada de este yacimiento, detalló que su equipo encontró que seis de ellas son niños y el resto adultos, entre ellas dos mujeres. Se cree que todos fueron sacrificados en honor a una figura prominente dentro de la élite local, cuya momia fue encontrada a finales del año pasado.
