La reforma judicial impulsada por López Obrador cumplió los requisitos de aprobación. Diversas organizaciones internacionales han criticado esta polémica reforma que, aseguran, ponen en riesgo la independencia judicial, el acceso a la justicia y la vigencia del Estado de derecho. Alfredo Figueroa, sociólogo, analista político y exconsejero del Instituto Federal Electoral, analiza el camino que recorrió esta reforma y los vicios que, en su opinión, la acompañaron.
