Botero: Con la reforma, el Poder Judicial no tiene garantía de independencia

La integrante de la Comisión Internacional de Juristas, Catalina Botero, dijo en Aristegui que la reforma judicial de México disuelve las tres condiciones necesarias para que el Poder Judicial sea un contrapeso: la garantía de independencia, la de autonomía, y las competencias y capacidades del personal. Además, advirtió que "es falso" que la reforma democratice la justicia en el país, ya que impulsa a elegir personas afines al partido oficialista.
