Ante la decisión del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación, de validar las elecciones, Claudia Sheinbaum se convertirá en la primera presidenta de México. Gracias a la mayoría que el partido oficialista consiguió en el Congreso, Sheinbaum heredará una serie de reformas constitucionales polémicas. María Marván, investigadora del Instituto de investigaciones Jurídicas de la UNAM, hace un análisis de los riesgos que implican para el próximo gobierno la aprobación de esas reformas.
