Rusia tiene una flota de presuntos barcos espía operando en aguas nórdicas como parte de un programa para el posible sabotaje de cables submarinos y parques eólicos en la región, según una investigación conjunta de las emisoras públicas de Suecia, Dinamarca, Noruega y Finlandia. Steve Hall, exjefe de Operaciones de Rusia de la CIA, habla en CNN sobre ello.
