Genaro García Luna es condenado a más de 38 años de prisión por cargos de narcotráfico
Genaro García Luna, secretario de Seguridad Pública de México durante la presidencia de Felipe Calderón, quien fue juzgado en Estados Unidos por cargos de narcotráfico y vínculos con la delincuencia organizada y fue condenado a 38 años de prisión. Su defensa pidió una pena menor de 20 años y solicitó clemencia. Desde que fue arrestado, García Luna se declaró inocente de los cargos que se le imputaban.
