En Nicaragua, la segunda jornada del diálogo transcurrió sin consensos entre el Gobierno y la alianza cívica que pretende hallar una solución a la crisis política que vive en el país desde las protestas de abril y que ha dejado 170 personas fallecidas, según el Centro Nicaragüense de Derechos Humanos, cifra que el Gobierno mantiene en 34 muertes.
